I've never met a Shwarma I didn't like!
It's true ~ I've never met a shwarma that didn't taste delicious. I'm sure once I roll myself back into the office I could find all sorts of cool links and background on the origins of a shwarma. I'm almost positive there'll be a wiki on it too! I'm not sure if it's the combination of chicken & veggies or the famous drizzle of tahini sauce at the end that makes every bite amazing. Have you ever tried to re-create one at home? I'm positive my brother has and probably has some pretty good suggestions. He's an incredible chef working as an under cover computer enthusiast!
